CA Vibhor Ghai leads the Transfer Pricing and Corporate Tax practice at Artham. A Chartered Accountant with over eight years of specialist experience, including more than three years with Deloitte, he advises multinational and domestic groups on transfer pricing, corporate taxation and international tax matters across India, the Middle East and global markets.
Vibhor's transfer pricing practice spans the full compliance and advisory cycle: preparation of defensible transfer pricing documentation built around functional, asset and risk (FAR) analysis and economic benchmarking; Master File compilation and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR); pricing of intercompany transactions covering tangibles, intangibles, services and financing arrangements; margin rationalisation; and TP structuring for business restructurings, mergers and acquisitions.
On the litigation side, he represents clients before the Assessing Officer, Transfer Pricing Officer, Dispute Resolution Panel, CIT(Appeals) and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), handling complex corporate tax and transfer pricing disputes from assessment through appeal. His corporate tax work includes income tax return preparation for companies and LLPs, tax audits under Section 44AB (Forms 3CA/3CB/3CD), Form 15CA/15CB certification for foreign remittances, withholding tax and treaty analysis, and advisory on PE exposure, capital gains, business restructuring and slump sales.
Over his career, Vibhor has advised leading organisations including Coca-Cola, Siemens Group, Airtel, Burberry, NMDC Limited, Talbros Group, Brahma City Group (Adani JV), MXP Group, Gati Limited and Wave Industries, among other multinational enterprises.
