Bhupender Singh is the Founder and Managing Partner of Artham Law Chambers, a boutique corporate and tax law firm headquartered in Mumbai with offices in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, and Jaipur. With over 19 years of experience in corporate law, taxation, regulatory advisory, and dispute resolution, he advises multinational corporations, promoter groups, startups, and high-net-worth individuals on complex legal and business matters.
Having built his career at leading professional services and legal institutions, Bhupender combines deep technical expertise with a commercially focused approach. Prior to founding Artham Law Chambers, he served as Senior Director – Tax & Regulatory at PwC, Managing Associate – Corporate, Tax & Trade at Luthra & Luthra, and Senior Associate – Taxation at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan.
Under his leadership, Artham Law Chambers has rapidly established itself as a trusted advisor in corporate advisory, tax litigation and compliance, PMLA and white-collar defence, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, and cross-border structuring.
