Padmini Sinsinwar is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business Development at Artham Law Chambers, Mumbai. She brings over 17 years of cross-functional experience spanning operations, large-scale digital transformation, product management and client relationship management, and now leads the firm's international business development and operations.
At Artham Law Chambers, Padmini anchors the firm's relationships with its European and U.S. institutional clientele and leads its India–Germany corridor engagement, including active involvement with the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce. She has represented the firm on trade delegations to the European Union and Southeast Asia focused on bilateral trade and institutional relationships, and oversees firm operations, internal process design and cross-practice coordination. The firm's business development function operates within the compliance framework applicable to legal practice in India.
Before joining the firm, Padmini held leadership roles across the insurance and insurtech sector, including at Zuno General Insurance, Future Generali and Bajaj Allianz, where she led claims transformation programmes, core-system migrations and customer-facing product builds. This decade-plus grounding in structured project, stakeholder and programme management underpins the firm's operating discipline.
Padmini holds an MBA in Insurance from National Law University, Jodhpur (rank holder of her batch), a Fellowship from the Insurance Institute of India, and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). She works with international businesses evaluating India market entry, connecting them to the firm's legal, tax and regulatory teams.
